MOST PATHETIC CELLULAR SERVICE PROVIDER

its 16th and there is still no response...............
i have lodged a complaint at 1502 five days back,and no response
they do not pick up any of their helpline numbers .(six numbers in all)
they dont have any office in mumbai except bandra kurla where the grievance can be addressed.
most disgusting experience i have ever had.



Respected sir/madam,
my phone 22919454 has still not been activated.
I feel really cheated.

Now , in addition to reactivating my number immediately,
you will have to do 2 things:

1)written apology in any form,
letter
mail
sms on 93222 72946

2)I should not be charged rental for the period the phone was disconnected,
since thursday morning till lthe time my phone will be reconnected .
for example if it gets reconnected today, four days(friday saturday,sunday,monday) rent to be calculated as folllows:

(750+ SERVICE TAX+ CESS)/ 30*4= (750 + 91.8)/7.5=RS.112.24

I WANT THIS AMOUNT TO BE DEDUCTED FROM THIS MONTH'S BILL , FAILING WHICH I WILL TAKE THIS ISSUE TO ALL THE LEADING NEWSPAPERS, THE FIRST ONE BEING THE TIMES OF INDIA,FOLLOWED BY THE MIDDAY,

I HAVE PROOFS OF THE PAYMENTS I HAVE MADE TILL THE DUE DATE, I WILL HAVE NO HESITATION IN FURNISHING THE PROOFS TO ANY AUTHORITY, EITHER IN YOU ORGANISATION OR ANY OTHER. BUT ONE THING IS SURE,NOW I WILL NOT CALL YOU , YOU PEOPLE WILL .

ONCE A GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT,ALWAYS A GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT.

no wonder mtnl and bsnl is losing all its business to all the private operators
it would be beneficial for everybody if the government would just divest this business, hand it over to the private operators and concentrate on the other things.
