First visit to jpm chase malad office!!!!!

We were asked to report to mr.rohit at 12pm at the malad office.

We reached at 12.10 courtesy mumbai traffic.
There were nine of us.
Mr.Rohit escorted us to one of the rooms.
The ambience is nothing short of a five star hotel- looks like a scene right out of a bond movie. Dell-Dell everywhere..................
Appolonia and manpreet are used to the environment.(call center experience)

we are first given a break up of the compensation packages - personnel finance in practice.Then one by one they clear all doubts.

They explain:
The career path - h.r.m. in practice - five years to become a cfo(of a division)
The organisation structure - o.b. in practice
The scholarships awarded - monetory assistance for further education(cfa,cpa)
All perks depend on only one word..................... performance,that is it.
Bonuses are DECENT upto 30% of salary............. AGAIN ON PERFORMANCE
your chance of foreign tours depend on performance.
The induction period is two weeks.

They talk about their perceptions of different B-schools
they talk about their vision
they talk about their competition globally.

After the session, we have an informal session where they give us a treat of pizza hut's pizzas and the good old pepsi.

They have a cricket competition, where having one girl in a team is compulsory.
They agree to us start working with them from what i can call "yesterday"
It depends now on our college when they let us start work.

we also meet an alumni Mr.Anuj.last year pass-out.Aa very level headed guy.

I am in a state of inertia............... Thinking how to save the tax........ yash , hemal , parag........ get the message????home loan??????
Rudri and appy are very happy.so are their boy friends.
Manpreet wants to work at andheri.he doesnt want to come to college.
